At Sattvikam, we make it easy to manage and transfer product information using our Export & Import facility.
Export
Export your product information in a structured format for backup, record keeping, bulk editing, or transferring data.
Export Products
You can export your available product information into a CSV file. The exported file can be saved for future reference or edited before importing it again.
Export includes:
- Product name
- Product description
- Short description
- Product category
- Product details
- Product status
- Other available product information
Import
Import multiple products at once using a properly formatted CSV file. This saves time when adding or updating a large number of products.
Import Products
Upload your CSV file using the Import option. The system will process the file and add or update the product information accordingly.
Before importing:
- Make sure the CSV file follows the required format.
- Use the correct column names.
- Check that required fields are properly filled.
- Keep a backup of your existing data before making bulk changes.
- Verify the imported products after the import process is completed.
CSV Template
Download the sample CSV template before preparing your import file. Use the same column structure provided in the template to avoid import errors.
Important
Please review your CSV data carefully before importing. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in missing or incorrectly displayed product data.
